Dizzle Doodles
Terms and Conditions
In order to receive an artwork from the artist you must agree to the following terms and conditions. Any of these when broken will result in legal action being taken against you and whomever else may be involved.
General terms:
-All drawings may/will include a signature or watermark of the artist that may under no circumstances be removed
-Prices are subject to change based on demand or amount of requested details
-I as the artist reserve the right to deny any commissions requested of me
Payment:
-Accepted currency is USD and can be provided through PayPal
-Commission payment will be split, 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval
Process and Delivery:
-Upon discussion of how you would like the product to look through email, I will soon provide you with example rough sketches. When a sketch is approved, I will provide either a cleaner sketch or a colored work in progress with a large watermark for approval. Once these are approved I will work on and send to you the final image
-If you want a printed version of the drawing, or are requesting a traditionally drawn piece, I can mail the piece to you so as long as you provide your address and any other necessary information
-If a portion of a sketch is approved and later asked to be changed it will cost more for me to go back and make the necessary alterations. You are allowed up to 3 of these kinds of revisions after approvals.
-If your references at the start are unclear any alterations will cost you
-The time a piece will take to be finished will vary depending on details requested and what type of piece you order. Many commissions take months to go through. Commissions you ask of me in certain instances may be no different
-If I run into issues with your order I will let you know ASAP
Copyright,
I, JDizzle, as the artist, claim the rights to the produced piece, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use it however I may desire, including but not limited to:
-Self promotion
-Sharing online
-An example for my commission page
-Publishing in books
-etc.
The buyer is allowed to
-Claim the rights to their characters that are featured in the art but not the art itself
-Use the artwork for personal use such as for social media profiles, gifts, etc.
The buyer is not allowed to
-Reproduce said art
-Claim said art as their own
-Remove my signature/watermark from the piece
-Alter the work without my consent
-Use the art in a monetized setting such as for Youtube videos, basis for creation of a show or game etc. If you would like for me to work on a specific project with you do not hesitate to ask, I may be able to. But you are not allowed to use a commissioned piece against my will or behind my back to make money off of. That will result in legal action
Refunds and Cancellation
-Once an agreement is made and I have started working on the piece the buyer may not ask for a refund
-If I have not started your commission and you cancel you may receive a full refund
